"Baking"

We Filipino are good baker. We love sweet and delicious food, that maybe one of the reason why many of s posses, Diabetes, but then sweet are like angels nurturing our tongue.

Baking is defines as the technique of prolonged cooking of food by dry heat acting by convection, and not by radiation, normally in an oven, but also in hot ashes, or on hot stones.[1] It is primarily used for the preparation of bread, cakes, pastries and pies, tarts, quiches, cookies and crackers. Such items are sometimes referred to as "baked goods," and are sold at a bakery. A person who prepares baked goods as a profession is called a baker. It is also used for the preparation of baked potatoes, baked apples, baked beans, some casseroles and pasta dishes such as lasagna, and various other foods, such as the pretzel.

Im going to teach you have to prepare my favorite "Pan Cake"
The following ingredients will make about 8 four-inch pancakes (more or fewer, depending on the size). You may change the amounts of ingredients according to the amount of which you wish to serve.
ngredients
A good basic recipe to start you on your way to making pancakes from scratch is this one:
">

1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl. If you have a whisk, use it, and make sure the ingredients are well mixed. Otherwise you can use a fork.
In another bowl, beat the egg, then add the milk and oil. Mix until it is thoroughly combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk them together for about a minute. The mixture should be a bit lumpy.
Heat a griddle or large cast iron skillet over medium heat until a drop of water dropped onto the skillet sizzles.
Now pour about a third of a cup of batter into the pan. This isn’t exact. If you want larger pancakes, pour more. For smaller pancakes, pour less batter.
Cook the first side approximately two minutes two minutes or until the bubbles that form on the top pop.
Flip it over and let the other side cook for about a minute or until golden brown.

If we are going to defined fishery it is Generally, an entity engaged in raising and/or harvesting fish, which is determined by some authority to be a fishery. According to the FAO, a fishery is typically defined in terms of the "people involved, species or type of fish, area of water or seabed, method of fishing, class of boats, purpose of the activities or a combination of the foregoing features". The definition often includes a combination of fish and fishers in a region, the latter fishing for similar species with similar gear types.

Our country is gifted with unusal and delicoius fishes we mst protect them and we must help them to produce their own kind and to be seen by the next generation that maybe is the reason why fishery is created.
On this topic I'm going to teach you how to make a small dike. Below are the primary step in making a pond.
1. The first step to consider is to decide what type of pond you want to build.
2. The second step in establishing a new pond is to select the proper location.
3. Now you need to determine the size of your pond or water garden.
4. Dig the pond or water garden to the desired shape.
5. Position any external pond filters and/or pond skimmers and level these in their proper location.
6. Line the pond or water garden excavation with Pond Underlayment.
7. Place the Rubber Pond Liner into the excavation and unfold.
8. Pond waterfalls and streams can be excavated now.
9. Connect the pond liner to the skimmer, if one is being used, following the manufacturers directions.
10.Place the stone or other coping around the edge of the pond or water garden

" Architectral Drafting"

As evalation to myself, I think I havent learn something on this sbject. This subject is not that easy to handle and it is full of "Arte" I myself do not know how to draw which happen to be very essential in this subject. I dont know how to draw a a simple straight line sing a rler, bt thanks God I pass, thogh i got only a llow grade. We us a student in this major learn how to create working drawings and computer simulations used in the design and construction of buildings and other structures.

THis were actally the things that we sed dring or laboratory, example of this are T- sqre, compass, pecil, ruler and etc. This things are very important in this sbject.
Drafters' drawings provide visual guidelines and show how t. o construct a product or structure. Drawings include technical details and specify dimensions, materials, and procedures. Drafters fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications, and calculations made by engineers, surveyors, architects, or scientists. For example, many drafters use their knowledge of standardized building techniques to draw in the details of structures. Some use their understanding of engineering and manufacturing theory and standards to draw the parts of a machine; they determine design elements, such as the numbers and kinds of fasteners needed to assemble the machine. Drafters use technical handbooks, tables, calculators, and computers to complete their work.
In this area I'm going to teach you a simple thing, and this is to "Bisect an Angle"with the help of compass and the ruler.
1. Start with angle PQR that we will bisect.

Place the compass point on the angle's vertex Q.

2. Adjust the compass to a medium wide setting. The exact width is not important.

3. Without changing the compass width, draw an arc across each leg of the angle.

4. The compass width can be changed here if desired. Recommended: leave it the same.

5. Place the compass on the point where one arc crosses a leg and draw an arc in the interior of the angle.

6. Without changing the compass setting repeat for the other leg so that the two arcs cross.

7. Using a straightedge or ruler, draw a line from the vertex to the point where the arcs cross

8. Done. This is the bisector of the angle ∠PQR.

"Clothing and Grooming"

Clothing is a very important aspect in or life, this might the reason why I really did my best dring or clothing ang grooming sbject. Or teacher ihn ths subject s ver challenging. She want that or project will not be dalayed in passing or else you will get 65 for your project. In this subject I knew that being a tailors is not that easy, your dress is your living legacy and ths this shold be handled with care with the one who wear.

A feature of all modern human societies is the wearing of clothing, a category encompassing a wide variety of materials that cover the body. The primary purpose of clothing is functional, as a protection from the elements.
Clothing performs important social and cultural functions. A uniform, for example, may identify civil authority figures, such as police and army personnel, or it may identify team, group or political affiliations. In many societies, norms about clothing reflect standards of modesty, religion, gender, and social status. Clothing may also function as a form of adornment and an expression of personal taste or style.
Clothing for me does not mean that we must by expensive clothes for s be seen s well groom, ths it means that we mst be always clean the way we wear and very presentable using this clothes.

In this area I;m going to teach you how to make a skirt.

Making your own skirt is easy and fun. All it takes is some fabric, a few pins and the most basic sewing. This is a simple skirt to make, no zippers or buttons, and it takes about an hour to complete. There is no pattern required, and you can choose your own length--long and elegant or short and sassy

•Step 1
Wrap the fabric very loosely around your waist with the wrong side facing out, and place several pins to mark the area where it will be sewn together.

•Step 2
Remove the fabric from your body, lay it on the floor and finish pinning down the side where the seam will be sewn.

•Step 3
Sew a 1/2-inch seam along the side of the skirt where you pinned it. Press the seams with an iron, and turn the skirt right-side out.

•Step 4
Turn the fabric in 1/4 inch at one end of the skirt, and press the seam with iron. Turn the same seam under again 1 inch, and sew at the edge. This will be the casing for the drawstring.

•Step 5
Find the middle of the waistband, and make a small vertical cut from the inside. The drawstring will go through here. Tie a knot on both ends of the drawstring and feed the drawstring through the skirt.

•Step 6
Try on the skirt and tighten the drawstring to be sure it fits properly. Remember, it must fit loosely as there is no zipper.

•Step 7
Decide on a length, and hem accordingly. You can also decorate this skirt further by sewing on appliques, adding a yoke or attaching beads and fabric

"Electronics"

Electronics is evrywhere, in or home, chrch, school and even or gadgets are merely electronic. This sbject of mine was so frigtening to me for I am afraid of electricity. I dont want to be electricuted. Later, i fond ot that this sbject is enjoyable, we learn to make a Am reciever and it makes me more amazed when it really catches signal from some AM Station, oh how fantastic.

Electronics also referred to as electronicdiscipline which uses the scientific knowledge of the behavior and effects of electrons to develop components, devices, systems, or equipment (as in electron tubes, transistors, integrated circuits, and printed circuit boards) that uses electricity as part of its driving force. Both terms denote a broad engineering field that encompasses many subfields including those that deal with power, instrumentation engineering, telecommunications, semiconductor circuit design, and many others.[4]

The term also covers a large part of electrical e degree as studied at most European universities. In the U.S., however, electronics, encompasses all electrical disciplines including electronics. The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers is one of the most important and influential organizations for electronics engineers.
In this area I' m gong to teach you how to make a simple "Full- Wave power Supply".

•Prepare four wires by stripping 1/2 inch of the insulation from each end with the wire strippers. "Tin" the exposed wire by heating it with the soldering iron and melting a little solder on it to coat the wire.

•Step 2

Slip the diodes into the perfboard in a diamond pattern. The cathodes (marked by a stripe on the part) should all point to the right, for convenience.

•Step 3
Slip a wire through the perfboard at the point where the two leftmost anodes meet (#1 on the diagram). Twist the anode leads together with the wire and solder.

•Step 4
Slip a wire through the perfboard where the top anode meets the top cathode (#2 on the diagram). Again, twist the two leads and the wire together and solder.

•Step 5
Slip a wire through the board where the bottom anode meets the bottom cathode (#3 on the diagram). Twist the two leads and wire together and solder.

•Step 6
Slip a wire through the board where the two rightmost cathodes meet (#4 on the diagram). Twist the two leads and wire together and solder.

•Step 7
Clip excess wire and leads and discard. The bridge rectifier is finished.

"Agriculture"

Agriculture has to do with farming. Actually, the definition of Agriculture would be the creation of goods and/or food through forestry and/or farming. So many things are from agriculture, or as a result of it.
To simplify, agriculture involves redirecting nature's natural flow of the food web. The natural flow of the food web is-the sun provides light to plants. Plants convert sunlight into sugars which provide food for the plants(this process is called photosynthesis). Plants provide food for herbivores (plant-eating animals, i.e., sloths) and the herbivores provide food for carnivores. Decomposers or bacteria, break down plants or animals that have died. Nutrients from the plants and animals go back into the soil and the whole process starts a new.

The Importance of Agriculture

PERSPECTIVE -- Civilization began with agriculture. When our nomadic ancestors began to settle and grow their own food, human society was forever changed. Not only did villages, towns and cities begin to flourish, but so did knowledge, the arts and the technological sciences.

And for most of history, society's connection to the land was intimate. Human communities, no matter how sophisticated, could not ignore the importance of agriculture. To be far from dependable sources of food was to risk malnutrition and starvation.

If you want to make your own natural insecticide for both house and garden, all you need is two tablespoons of liquid soap and one quart of water. Just mix the little bit of soap with the water. You can try to sprinkle the mixture on the plants directly, but it will probably be easier to put the mixture in a spray bottle. If you use the spray bottle, you should be sure to spray the plants evenly. If you see any bugs, aim directly at the pests to get the best results.
Liquid soap with water should work well, but if you want to use something a little stronger, look to these great solutions. For this natural-based alternative, all you will need is a couple of ingredients you can get at any grocery store. The list of ingredients is as follows:
1 bulb of garlic
1 small onion
1 tablespoon cayenne (red) pepper
2 tablespoons liquid soap
1 quart water
All you need to do to make this environmentally friendly insecticide is first, finely chop the onion and the garlic, and then mix them with the tap water. Add the cayenne pepper and, after letting the mixture sit for one hour, mix in the soap. Finally, mix well.
When the foam subsides, strain the mixture into your spray bottle. You can store the mixture for one to two weeks if you keep it refrigerated.

"Architectural Drafting"

Students in this major learn how to create working drawings and computer simulations used in the design and construction of buildings and other structures. In addition to studying design and construction basics, they practice using computer-aided drafting tools.
Architectural Drafting is when you learn the how to create working drawings and computer simulations used in the designs and construction of buildings, and other structures.

How to Use a Compass to Draw a Pentagon
A pentagon is any five-sided polygon shape. A simple pentagon has five even 108-degree internal angles that add up to total of 540 degrees. There are a few methods of drawing a simple pentagon. One way is to use a protractor to measure the angles for each of the sides. Another complex way involves internal angle measurements. You can also use a simple and accurate method of drawing a pentagon using only a drafting compass and a ruler.

Get a sheet of paper, preferably graphing paper, and prepare the compass. Make sure the compass pencil and pencil are both sharp. It is best that the paper be on a hard, flat surface for more accurate lines.

Step 2
Draw a perfect circle in the middle of the paper with the compass. The circle should be a minimum of 2 inches across to be easier to work with. Draw a dot at the center point of the circle and label it "O." Leave a lot of free space around the circle to draw on in the following steps. A one-circle width of space all around the original circle you draw is good.

Step 3
Obtain the first vertex by using the edge of a ruler to draw a straight, vertical line through either side of the circle so that it passes through point "O." This line passes through the original circle at two points on the top and bottom of the circle; label the top point "A" with a large dot. This is the top corner of the pentagon.

Step 4
Draw the point "B" by using the edge of a ruler to draw a straight line perpendicular (horizontal) to the line "OA" that passes through center point "O." This line passes through the original circle at two points on the left and right of the circle; label the right point "B" with a large dot.

Step 5
Find the midpoint of line "OB." Use a ruler to measure halfway from point "O" to point "B" and label the point "C" with a large dot.

Step 6
Find the midpoint of the line opposite line segment "OB." Use a compass to draw a circle centered at "C" that passes through point "A." This circle passes through the line segment opposite to line segment "OA"; label this point "D" with a large dot.

Step 7
Obtain the second and third vertices by using the compass to draw a circle centered at point "A" that passes through point "D." This circle passes through the original circle at two points on the upper left and upper right; label these points as "E" and "F" with a large dot. These are the upper left and right corners of the pentagon.

Step 8
Obtain the fourth vertex by using the compass to draw a circle centered at point "E" that passes through point "A." This circle passes through the original circle at one point on the bottom left; label this point "G" with a large dot. This is the lower left corner of the pentagon.

Step 9
Obtain the fifth vertex by drawing a circle with the compass centered at point "F" that passes through point "A." This circle passes through the original circle at one point on the bottom left; label this point "H" with a large dot. This is the lower right corner of the pentagon.

Step 10
Draw the pentagon. Erase all lines, circles and points except for the five points "A," "E," "G," "H" and "F." Use the edge of a ruler to connect each of these five points of the pentagon.

"Food Selection, Preparation and Cooking"
All of us who prepare food at home for our families and even those who only store their daily restaurant leftovers can benefit from some knowledge of safe food handling. Avoiding foodborne illness is of special importance for the safety of children, seniors, and anyone with a compromised immune system or serious illness. Here we will only touch on the important basics.

We have the opportunity to try or skill about this specialization when we are still in third year. Metalworks provide livelihood in our Filipinon worker/ welder not only in the Philippines but also in other country.
♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣
What is Metalworks? Metalworking is the process of working with metals to create individual parts, assemblies, or large scale structures. The term covers a wide range of work from large ships and bridges to precise engine parts and delicate jewellery. It therefore includes a correspondingly wide range of skills, processes, and tools.
Metalworking is a science, art, hobby, industry and trade. Its historical roots span cultures, civilizations, and millennia. Metalworking has evolved from the discovery of smelting various ores, producing malleable and ductile metal useful for tools and adornments. Modern metalworking processes, though diverse and specialized, can be categorized as forming, cutting or joining processes.

As what I had learned in or Welding subject. Welding cannot be done with all types of metals, as some materials, such as stainless steel, are prone to cracking and distortion when overheated. Alloys are particularly problematic, since it's hard to know the exact chemical composition of the metal. Welding has become highly automatized over the last decade, and the use of welding robots is now commonplace in certain industries, such as the automotive manufacturing plants.

"Graphics and Arts"
The term "graphic design" can also refer to a number of artistic and professional disciplines that focus on visual communication and presentation. The field as a whole is also often referred to as Visual Communication or Communication Design. Various methods are used to create and combine words, symbols, and images to create a visual representation of ideas and messages. A graphic designer may use typography, visual arts and page layout techniques to produce the final result. Graphic design often refers to both the process (designing) by which the communication is created and the products (designs) which are generated.
"Importance of Graphics and Art"
Graphic Design is all around us in our society. It is what drives advertising, attracts us to brands and makes public settings enjoyable or “hard on the eyes”. With this being said, it is no wonder why Graphic Design is so important to our everyday lives. As times and styles change, the socially acceptable elements of Graphic Design change.

Certificate of Achievement

Obstacles in Information Technology in Educational Practice

The finding identify that the most significant obstacles are:
I.T. tools are changing to fast to keep current, extra time needed after integrating I.T. tools in teaching.
Poor technical suport can would make negative impact on educator's desire to integrate IT tools in teaching. Support from technical staff is critical to ensure educators to concentrate in preparing and delivering the course content. At the initial stage of IT tools, support and advices from technical staff are needed for selection and integration of the necessary hardware and software. During the delivery of lesson to the student, technical support is urgently needed to troubleshoot and repair in any malfunction equipment. For those who are interesred in developing their own course content, a multi-skilled team of technical support is necessary for the development phase.
Educators would be more likely to use the IT tools when clear vision and incentives system are established for using it. It will affect how the educators perceive the value of of integrating IT tools for their teaching, and subsequently affect the amount of effort and time on using it. It will also affect the willingness of the educators in exploring IT tools and trying to integrate them in teaching.
According to one of the famous IT McCormack, that educators commented scarcity of of time available to commit to the time consuming nature of developing technology based materials. Butler and Sellbom stated also their findings was the time it takes to learn to use new technologies was the second biggest concern of the faculty. He also added that in addition to time for training, an educators need new time to experiment with new technologies and to developed materials using technology, see what are the disadvantages of IT in field of education, for me it's a little waste of time when it is first use in educational system.
As a future educator it is my responsibility to know that there is no provision of time for educators to do so other than to do it on their own time. It is a common, according to Dawes, it stressed the importance of good time to management because the internet can seemingly absorb infinite of time for communication purpose.
Another obstacles in IT in educational practice is that IT do not have long-term staff development to support the integration of technology into instruction. We cannot deny the fact also that their are some hardware which is not easy to understand and not easy to operate which is one hindrance of IT in educational system.
We must be patient enough to acquire basic necessity in IT.

  • students' knowledge, understandings, skills, and attitudes
  • through the appropriate and effective use of ICT.

ICT Poicy and Strategy in Astralia

Astralia i is a country in the Southern Hemisphere comprising the mainland of the Australian continent (the world's smallest), but in terms of ICT, the said cotry had walk a distance, that even the biggest continent, Asia had become small in terms of their technology.

To achieve this, strategies include strengthening programmes for schools the country emphasize the 5 key action towards ICT and this are as follow:

People:
Improved learning outcomes for students, supported by educational leaders, teachers and administration staff with the skills and motivation to use ICTs effectively.
Infrastructure:
Access to an advanced ICT infrastructure that supports teaching and learning.
Content and Services:
Access to, and application of online resources and services that support continuous improvement in curricula, in classroom and distance learning and in school administration.
Supporting Policies:
Policies that support the integration of ICTs in schools.
Enabling Regulation:
A legal framework in Australia that supports rather than inhibits the use of new ICTs to enhance learning. They believe that this 5 key will be the answers to the ICT's in their country.

ICT Policy in Hong Kong

Hongkong is also a countyr which lies in Asia and consider also as one of the most advance ICT country in the world. Hongkong is just actually a small country but it's nation is too huge in terms of ICT proficiency.
  • The strategy outlines HongKong's aims to harness the power of ICT to turn schools into dynamic and innovative learning institutions, where students can become more motivated, inquisitive, creative and independent lifelong learners.ICT elements will be incorporated in the school curriculum, aiming to have at least 25 per cent of the curriculum taught through ICT by 2002/03.

    ICT POlicy in Malaysia

Currently, Malaysia is making every effort to steer the economy towards a knowledge-based one. Malaysia's long-term vision, calls for sustained, productivity-driven growth, possible only with a technologically literate, critically thinking workforce. The country;s maxim is stated as“developing the potential of individuals in a holistic and integrated manner, so as to produce individuals who are intellectually, spiritually, emotionally and physically balanced and harmonious.”, the said philosophical decree enable the country to produce a well developed human abilities and capabilities.

Aim for ICT:ICT for all students, meaning that ICT is used as an enabler to reduce the digital gap between the schoolsThe role and function of ICT in education as a teaching and learning tool, as part of a subject, and as a subject in its own rightUsing ICT to increase productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the management system. The country;s government had longed for it, ntik now Malaysia had become ICT best user in the world, All I can say good job Malaysia. _ICT Strategy and Policy in Singapore_

ICT Policy in Singapore

Singapore is one of the country which lay in Asia, and a neighboring country of Philipines but it's ICT development is quite more progresive than it's neigboring country.IT in Education to greater heights. The government has it's own reason why ICT is being emphasized by the said country and the reason are as follow. Develop an integrated and sustained model of professional development for IT in Education
    • Promote an e-learning culture
    • Create enabling structures to recognise and sustain teachers
From the aim above I can say that the goverment has the point in doing such thing specially that it will improve the quality of education and to developed a well trained student in term of ICT field.
  • Active promotion of IT in education
  • Sustained support and enabling structures for schools
  • Empower schools with more autonomy through leadership capacity building.

Recommendation for the Philippines:

Or country is hanging for our own ICT development, but still we cannot cope p for our neighboring country. The government should value the importance and role of ICT in quality and relevant education.
like other countey the Philippines should also give emphasis to the five key thing towards ict, which are as follow; people, Infrastractre, contentservices, Supporting Policies, and enabling regulation, if this wil be follow theres no doubt that or country will compete in terms of ICT.
